Bought a Subway sandwich the other day and was thinking of how absurdly expensive was the sandwich… Six friggin’ dollars for a bread, some ham and loads of veggies… Although it was expensive, it was still more healthy and much more tasty than the other fastfood restaurant. Then it came upon me, why not get the stuff from supermarkets and make the sandwich myself. So I went to NTUC with my mum to get the ingredients; Breakfast ham, capsuciums, cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce; and tada~:
I reckon it to cost no more than $2. The only thing missing is the sauce. Subway’s red wine vinaigrette is the best. Maybe I can make some on my own.
