Take a pan or wok, heat it and add in Olive Oil. Once the oil is hot, add in chopped onions and stir fry till it’s golden brown.
Next, add in sliced chicken franks or italian sausages (or both 😉 ) and continue stir frying it until you can smell the aroma of the sausages.
Add in the portabello mushrooms and continue stir frying everything. After a while, add in the diced tomatoes and pasta sauce. Stir everything and make sure that the ingredients are well mixed. Allow the pasta sauce to simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes (Depends on how wet you want the sauce to be) and serve it on top of the pasta of your choice.
And wa la, Pasta de Kee Wee.
