Stuff that I wrote a few weeks back have faded to a\u00a0greyish-brown colour instead of the original black colour&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Another thing I notice was that the ink&#8217;s solvent (I think&#8230;) seems to oxidize or something when it is exposed to air, turning into a yellowish stain.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.brainfart.sg\/index.php\/2011\/10\/fading-ink\/olympus-digital-camera-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-322\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-322\" title=\"Pen Ink\" src=\"http:\/\/www.brainfart.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/pen-ink-440x330.jpg\" alt=\"Pen Ink\" width=\"440\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.brainfart.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/pen-ink-440x330.jpg 440w, https:\/\/www.brainfart.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/pen-ink-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.brainfart.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/pen-ink.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 440px) 100vw, 440px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On the left is the Lamy T10 Black ink that came with my Lamy Al-Star and on the right is the Pelikan Brilliant Black that I filled into my Hero 336.<\/p>\n<p>The paper was soaked by placing the nib on the paper for a while, letting it flow out.<\/p>\n<p>Did I get an imitation ink, or are all Lamy T10 Black ink like that?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It seems like the Lamy T10 black ink fades pretty easily.
